(hereinafter "linglow," "Company"). linglow's Privacy Policy (hereinafter "Terms," "These Terms") explains how the Company and some affiliated companies collect, use, store, share, and protect information related to our mobile services, websites, and other services provided by us (hereinafter collectively "Services" or "linglow").

We collect your changeable nickname, password, and company email address information when you register or modify an account on the Services. We do not require personal identification information such as your name, address, or mobile phone number for service use.

We may collect corporate email address information from third parties for the purpose of verifying service users' employment at companies.
Your account information (e.g., username, password, company email address) is encrypted immediately upon registration with the Services, and we store and process such encrypted information in the countries where we have facilities: South Korea and Japan. We encrypt and store your company email address to prevent identification of specific users.
We can determine the number of subscribers from specific companies that have joined the Services. We may also invite other users to the Services on your behalf at your request, in which case the email addresses of other users that you provide are equally encrypted and stored and processed.
Security Measures: We use commonly reasonable safeguards and take reasonable measures to ensure that your encrypted information is always encrypted so that it cannot be decrypted and accessed. We collect and store all data and information according to widely recognized industry methods and security standards.
We do not retain any personally identifiable information, but may use third-party software for certain services such as chat. Since we cannot decrypt and access your encrypted information, you are always responsible for maintaining security of your password and account information and controlling access to the Services.

If the Company sells or transfers some or all of its assets to another organization (e.g., in the course of transactions such as acquisition, merger, dissolution, liquidation), usernames, encrypted email addresses, content, and all information collected through the Services may be included in the sale or transfer items. For responding to legal requests and preventing harm, all information you provide to us, including account information, is stored encrypted, and after such information is stored in the system, it is impossible to determine whose information it is. linglow does not knowingly collect or solicit information from users classified as children under the information protection laws of relevant countries, nor do we knowingly allow such children to register for the Services. The Services and content are not directed at users classified as children under the information protection laws of relevant countries.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from users classified as children under the information protection laws of relevant countries, we will delete such information as quickly as possible. The personal identification information we own is the content you provide to the Services. We encrypt all information related to corporate email addresses immediately upon registration. Therefore, we cannot provide information related to corporate email addresses. We also do not discriminate against service users based on whether they have exercised their rights under privacy protection laws.
linglow may modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it regularly. We may provide additional forms of notice for contextually appropriate modifications or updates. Continued use of linglow or the Services after modifications to this Privacy Policy constitutes consent to such modifications.
