At linglow, we put the protection of users' personal information and rights first. You can delete your account at any time in accordance with our online policy. Please follow the steps below to proceed with account deletion.
1. Login
▪ Log in to the linglow app if you wish to delete your account.
2. Navigate to Deletion Menu
▪ After logging in, go to the "My Page" menu.
▪ Select Settings → Account & Profile → Delete Account.
3. Account Deletion Agreement
▪ When requesting account deletion, please read the instructions carefully and agree to the terms, then click the "Delete Account" button.
4. Completion of Deletion
▪ Once the request is received, we will promptly process the deletion.
▪ Upon completion, all personal information and service usage data will be deleted. However, data that must be retained by law will be stored for the legally required period.
▪ Permanent deletion: Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. Please back up any important data before proceeding.
