Eligibility

• Open to linglow members aged 14 or older. (Users under 14 require consent from a legal guardian.)
• Employees of linglow are not eligible to win.
• A valid invite requires the invited friend to (1) complete sign-up via the referral link or code, and (2) post a comment on Square.

Reward for completed invites

• When an invitee posts a comment on Square after signing up via your link or code, both the inviter and invitee receive one Compose Coffee iced Americano coupon.
• Invitee: receives 1 coupon after completing sign-up and posting a Square comment.
• Inviter: receives 1 coupon for the first valid invite during the event period. Additional invites do not earn extra coupons (ranking rewards are calculated separately).
• Coupons are reviewed every Monday by our operations team and sent every Tuesday to the phone number registered on the event participation form. ※ If the Square comment is deleted before the review date (Sunday), the participant is excluded from that week's distribution.
• Coupons can only be delivered to Korean phone numbers (+82). If the registered number is non-Korean or cannot receive SMS, coupon delivery may not be possible.
• The coupon's expiration and usage terms follow Compose Coffee's mobile gift policy.

Ranking & Operations

• Ranks are calculated based on cumulative successful invites up to 16:00 on June 14, 2026 (KST), the event end time.
• Tie-breaker: if cumulative successful invites are equal, the participant whose last invitee signed up earlier takes the higher rank.
• The ranking is updated once daily at 00:00. Minor differences may occur depending on data aggregation timing.

Winner Announcement

• Winners will be notified individually within 5 business days after the event ends, via in-app notification and the contact registered on the participation form.
• If the winner does not respond and submit required documents within 7 days of notification, the prize is forfeited and is not passed to the next-ranked participant.

Prize Delivery & Taxes

• The 1st-place winner receives an iPhone 17 Pro 256GB; the 2nd-place winner receives AirPods Max 2.
• Because the prize value exceeds KRW 50,000, under Korean income tax law a 22% withholding tax (including local tax) applies and is borne by the winner.
• The winner must submit proof of tax payment and a copy of their ID within the deadline requested by the company. Refusal or missed deadline results in forfeiture.
• Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or swapped for other items.
• The prize color is selected by the company based on stock availability, and the product shown may differ from the actual item. Equivalent or successor models may be substituted at the manufacturer's discretion.
• Physical prizes are shipped after tax payment is confirmed and the winner's identity is verified. Accurate address and contact info is required; mis-deliveries due to incorrect info cannot be re-shipped.
• Prizes can only be delivered to and received at an address within the Republic of Korea; overseas addresses are not eligible.

Fraud Prevention

• Misappropriating another person's information, using automated programs (macros) to fake sign-ups, or any unfair participation will result in immediate disqualification. Even after the fact, the company may reclaim the prize and restrict service access.
• If the inviter and invitee are the same person, if abnormal patterns are detected, or if the invitee withdraws shortly after sign-up, the invite is invalidated.
• Only the first sign-up is counted as a valid invite for the same phone number.
• linglow's review determines any final decision on fraudulent activity.

Personal Data Processing

• Name, contact, address, and Korean resident registration number or Alien Registration Number are collected for prize delivery and tax reporting, and may be shared with shipping partners and the National Tax Service.
• The collection of the Korean resident registration number or Alien Registration Number is based on Article 164 of the Income Tax Act.
• Collected personal data is retained for 5 years after prize delivery and tax processing in accordance with applicable laws (e.g., the Framework Act on National Taxes), then promptly destroyed.

Other

• This event may be modified or suspended with prior notice in unavoidable cases such as natural disasters, system failures, or large-scale abuse.
• linglow's interpretation is final in case of any dispute over the event terms.
